To help new employees gain a deep understanding of the corporate culture, fully familiarize themselves with the company's rules and regulations, behavioral norms, and product basics, and thus quickly adapt to the new environment and smoothly enter their job roles, on the afternoon of May 27, 2025, at 14:00, the company successfully held the fourth new employee orientation training in the Regis Hotel's fifth-floor conference room.
At the beginning of the training, a representative of the company's management extended a warm welcome to the new employees and elaborated in depth on the company's development history, core values, and future strategic plans, enabling the new employees to have a clear understanding of the company's overall framework and grand blueprint. Subsequently, the head of the human resources department provided a detailed interpretation of the company's rules and regulations, employee welfare policies, and career development channels, guiding the new employees in their career planning.
During the product basics training session, key personnel from various business departments, using practical cases, introduced the company's core products and business models in an easy-to-understand manner, helping the new employees quickly build a basic cognitive framework of the company's business.
